At The Beneficent Hands, we believe in spreading kindness, love, and compassion to all. We seek to uplift those who feel forgotten and help communities flourish, while honoring the beauty of life. Be part of our mission to create lasting change and brighter futures.
As The Beneficent Hands Inc. approaches its 6th founding anniversary this July, we are honored to celebrate this milestone with a meaningful outreach for the Aeta community in Dumarao, Capiz.
On July 19, 2025, we will hold a Medical Mission and Community Outreach in partnership with CCT Panay and our dedicated medical team from the Order of Asclepius. This special initiative will offer:
This anniversary outreach reflects our enduring commitment to extend compassionate care to underserved communities. Together with our partners, we aim to make healthcare more accessible and share the joy of giving with those who need it most.
We thank all our supporters who continue to believe in our mission: Touching Hearts, Changing Lives.
We serve as a silver lining for those who have lost hope. As a local charity, we provide groceries and hygiene kits to those in need, promote health awareness through medical and dental missions, and offer faith and moral recovery by sharing the gospel. We believe that by being The Beneficent Hands, we can create a brighter future.

Established on July 6, 2019, in Guimaras by founder Mark Priagula Dolorosa and his Bible study group, we have reached nearly 15 barangays across Panay Island and beyond, sharing hope, kindness, and joy. Our tagline, 'Touching Hearts. Changing Lives,' is evident in every outreach effort as a local charity. After more than five years of being The Beneficent Hands, we are excited to continue expanding our reach, driven by our mission to be a beacon of hope as charity for Panay Island.
We are a team of dedicated individuals, committed to making a meaningful impact as a local charity here in Iloilo, Philippines. Our world is one of care and love, and we strive to reflect that in everything we do, ensuring our tagline is evident not only in our hearts but also in our deeds.
Mark Priagula Dolorosa, the second of three siblings, has long embodied resilience, purpose, and a deep commitment to service. His early education at Don Bosco Technical Institute and Trinity Christian School shaped both his discipline and compassion.
Though he began college pursuing Fine Arts in Interior Design, financial hardship led him to shift paths. With his brother’s encouragement, he earned an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Philippine Christian University. This led to four years of international work experience in Canada—an enriching yet emotionally challenging time that sparked his deeper calling.
Returning to the Philippines, Mark transformed personal trials into purpose. In 2019, he founded The Beneficent Hands Inc. with the heartfelt mission: "Touching Hearts, Changing Lives." What started as a grassroots effort has become a growing force for good—empowering marginalized communities and extending hope where it’s needed most.
As a proud member of the PWD community, Mark now serves as the President of the Association of Persons with Disabilities of Balabag, Pavia. His leadership continues to advocate for inclusivity, amplify unheard voices, and create opportunities for others to thrive.
Mark’s journey is living proof that adversity can give rise to mission. Through his unwavering dedication, he reminds us that with compassion and courage, one life truly can change many.
When I founded The Beneficent Hands Inc. in 2019, my vision was simple yet heartfelt: to build a community of individuals who serve with genuine joy, compassion, and purpose. As we approach our 6th anniversary on July 6, 2025, that vision has blossomed into a living movement—touching hearts, changing lives, and creating ripples of hope across many communities.
But our mission continues to grow.
In the years ahead, we aim to deepen our impact by adopting more schools, supporting Aeta and remote barangay communities, and building a semi-private mental health center. This center will provide accessible and professional care for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) suffering from psychosis and related conditions—especially those in rural areas who often lack proper mental health support.
A major step toward this dream came to life on June 13, 2025, when The Beneficent Hands Inc. officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Casalsagan Elementary School, marking the beginning of our Adopted School Program. This milestone represents more than a partnership—it symbolizes our enduring belief in nurturing futures, starting with the children who need us most.
With each passing year, and with every life we touch, we move closer to the kind of world we envision: one where empathy leads, service empowers, and no one is left behind.
